Order Cancellation & Issue Policy

At Casanova Italian Restaurant, our goal is to provide high-quality food and service. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise with an order or cancellation.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 minutes of placing it.
After this time, the order is forwarded for preparation and can no longer be canceled.

There is no charge for cancellations made within the 3-minute window.

Incorrect or Defective Order

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or

  • A spoiled/defective product,

please contact us immediately.


If the food is spoiled:

A certified health safety member of our team will collect and inspect the product.
If the issue is confirmed, you will receive store credit of equal value to use on your next order — completely free of charge.


If the order is incorrect:

We will collect the wrong item and send you the correct one at no extra cost.
